Communicates with homeowners who are late in settling an invoice.
Assists homeowners wishing to extend or vary a lease, purchase the freehold, alter their properties, or sub-let.
Manages, via the landlord’s brokers, the landlord’s buildings insurance programme.
Cheryl is the Managing Director of E&J Estates, bringing over 20 years’ experience in property asset management. She leads operations and all aspects of the company’s service delivery, ensuring teams are equipped with the resources and expertise to support homeowners effectively.
Freddie is a Director, Head of Legal Services and manages our Legal Team. He has broad experience in the residential property sector, both in private practice and in-house. Freddie ensures that our homeowners enjoy a legally accurate and responsive service across the lifetime of their leases. He also provides specialist advice to our broader team.
Joanne is our financial controller, taking responsibility for homeowner facing functions including the invoicing of ground rents and insurance premiums. Joanne also provides finance assistance to the Property Team, so that we always achieve best value and the lowest achievable costs for homeowners.
